Abstract

An essay is presented on the importance of value in public rulemaking. It presents information that rulemaking community, a group of people who routinely take part in reviewing and writing new regulations and reviewing courts. It reflects on rulemaking community that discourages and marginalizes newcomers. It analyzes a knowlegde gap between new lawyers and experienced lawyers and discusses a proposal for a booth from the U.S. Dept. of Transportation (DOT) to help travelers with disabilities.
