Abstract

Legionella feeleii pneumonia has been described in seven cases, three of them being in imunocompromised. We describe a case of L. feeleii pneumonia and pericarditis in a healthy man. Epidemiological survey was not conclusive. To the best of our knowledge, there have been no previous descriptions of pericarditis caused by this organism.
