Abstract
Data from small scale studies onlow level and delayed neurotoxic effects from exposure to organophosphate pesticides suggest the need for monitoring those at risk in agriculture and industry, as well as residents repeatedly exposed to aerosoldrift from aerial spraying. A pilot program is put forth with the aim of determining whether such effects occur in exposed populations, and if they do, assessing their incidence, distribution and severity, as well as the efficacy of control programs.
