Abstract
A free-space OTTD spectral processor with MEMS tilting micro-mirrors is demonstrated. Compared to an LCoS SLM, MEMS mirrors provide × 3 larger delay range (±0.55 ns vs. ±0.2 ns) with delay-independent loss (6-8 dB). Dynamic delay scanning reveals MEMS resonance at ∼ 4.2 kHz and smooth millisecond-scale tuning conditions.
