Abstract

T1 measurements in a superconducting hydrated V-Ti alloy indicate that the main contribution to the proton relaxation rate comes from a 'purely' magnetic process. A probable source for this process is a thermal fluctuation of the fluxoids or, less plausible, magnetic impurities.
