Abstract

We present our implementation of waveguides for nonlinear interactions constructed of 1.3% volume concentration CdSe quantum dots in PFCB polymer. Propagation loss of 1.5 dB/cm was measured for 1.7×1.7μm2 rib waveguide. FWM phenomena was observed.
