Abstract

Normal scaling and dynamic scale invariance (DSI) was exhibited by globally conserved interface-controlled coarsening of diffusion-limited aggregates. Numerical solution of the Ginzburg-Landau equation with a global conservation law was used to demonstrate the phenomena. The results of the numerical simulations revealed that the scaled form of the correlation function had a power-law tail accomodating the fractal initial condition. Normal dynamic scaling was exhibited by the coarsening length.
