Abstract
This paper deals with the names of the musical instruments as they appear in the two Maroccan versions of the North-African Sharhcombining dot below: the Leshon Limmudin «language of studies», composed (or edited) two centuries ago in Meknes, and the various Sharhcombining dot below traditions of the Tafilalet region which were transmitted orally for centuries. It presents all the data available in these two traditions and procedes to a close linguistic scrutiny. It offers also general definitions of the realia mentioned in the texts.
