Abstract

A comprehensive framework for constructing an OCT solution for the unitary transformation was developed. The implementation of the Fourier-transform algorithm in a molecular environment was chosen as a case study. The performance of the various OCT schemes was compared in a realistic setup. The resulting OCT scheme can be viewed as an iterative classical algorithm which finds a field that implements the quantum algorithm.
