Abstract
Interest in badlands by geomorphologists may be disproportionate, for while major geomorphic concepts can be tested in badland it is often difficult to apply the results of badland research to other geomorphic systems. However, understanding of badland geomorphology is proving of value in land use management. -K.Clayton
