Abstract

The momentum transfer between matter and electromagnetic field was discussed. It was found that the related equations motion and conservation laws were derived using relativistic formalism. The dispersion relation for magnetoelectrics was studied. The contribution of vacuum fluctuations to the motion of dielectric liquids in crossed electric and magnetic fields was also elaborated.
