Abstract

The article "T cells respond to heat shock protein 60 via TLR2: Activation of adhesion and inhibition of chemokine receptors," by Alexandra Zanin-Zhorov, Gabriel Nussbaum, Susanne Franitza, Irun R. Cohen, and Ofer Lider, published in print as an FJ Express summary in FASEBJ.August 2003 17:1567-1569 (https://doi.org/10.1096/fj.02-1139fje), and as a full-length article online at http://www.fasebj.org/doi/pdf/10.1096/fj.02-1139fje, has been retracted due to a finding of misconduct by the Weizmann Institute of Science. According to the institution, "the listed manuscript included clear manipulation of a figure amounting to scientific misconduct.".
