Abstract

Convenient and nontraumatic recording sites (ear lobe-vertex) have permitted the routine use of cochlear audiometry (recording of averaged neural responses generated in the cochlea of human subjects) in infants with uncertain diagnosis. Two representative cases out of 31 are shown and discussed.
