Silicon rich Nitride: A Platform for Controllable Structural Colors

Abstract

Exploiting the tunable refractive index property of silicon rich nitride (SRN), we explore the impact of varying the silicon ratio on structural color applications in metasurfaces, using metrics including gamut coverage, saturation, and reflection amplitude.
