Abstract
Two sets of factors are suggested as determining the social differentiation among housing projects: 1) endogenous factors associated with the initial conditions, ie locational and social characteristics; 2) exogenous factors which have to do with public housing construction and migration processes occurring in the projects after the initial conditions were already moulded.-from Author
