Abstract
Synthesis is described of a series of peptides and peptide derivatives which corresponds to positions 78–84 in the primary structure of horse heart Cytochrome c. The preparation of the heptapeptide: L‐threonyl‐ϵ‐trifluoroacetyl‐L‐lysyl‐L‐methionyl‐L‐isoleucyl‐L‐phenylalanyl‐L‐alanyl‐glycine is described.
