N2 - Electrical resistivity of RFe2Si2 (R= Nd, Eu, Dy) compounds has been investigated in the temperature range of 100-300°K, and was found to increase with increasing temperature. The specific resistivity of the compounds is in the same order of magnitude as the RSi2 rare earth silicides.
