Abstract
The increasing role of middle agents and intermediaries as an InfoCenter, in the e-commerce era is discussed. These agents help with information flow in e-markets, by dealing with requests and enhancing other agent's capabilities. An InfoCenter buys information form information suppliers, sell it to information consumers and obtain manipulated information from information service providers. An InfoCenter responds to the market demand for an information commodity and plans a way to make it available.
