Abstract
Methods of time domain spectroscopy of dielectics (TSD) are surveyed. A number of TSD methods are considered. The authors describe in detail the lumped capacitance method, on the basis of which they have designed an experimental instrument. Problems of processing experimental TSD data in the time domain are discussed.
