Abstract

In natural fluorite, scheelite and barite blue and ultraviolet luminescence lines of Nd³⁺ were observed and interpreted. Barite is also interesting mineral for study of simultaneous emission of Eu²⁺ and Eu³⁺ luminescence centers.
