Abstract

Dynamic light scattering studies of glucose oxidase molecules and self-aggregated nanoparticles were discussed. Transmission electron microscopy was used at cryogenic temperatures. Results showed unequivocally the existence of spontaneously formed nanoparticles composed of the hydrophobized enzyme molecules.
