Abstract
VirtualSpectro a post-processor that has the possibility of dealing with complex spectra by using superconfigurations (SC) as basis is described. The atomic data are extracted from SCROLL. In the coupling between the two codes, several problems were encountered: the SC basis set of SCROLL depends on temperature and density, and the number of components of rates between SC is extremely large. A solution to these problems is described. The case of Xe (3-8 keV) is taken as an example.
