Abstract

The accumulation layer presence leads to the existence of additional critical points in the magnetic surface levels dispersion. Depending on the accumulation potential, this fact may result in appearance of both anomalous weakfield magnetoconductance oscillations or an extra period in the Shubnikovde Haas oscillations.
