Abstract
We present a novel OR-OAM system with a stationary silicon photonics acoustic detector (SPADE) with semi-isotropic sensitivity, enabling high-resolution, large-field imaging without acoustic path scanning. This advances clinical translation through a compact, miniature probe design.
