Abstract

An optical true-time delay free-space spectral processor supporting 32 independently/continuously tunable delays on wavelength channels with > 40GHz bandwidth and > 1ns delay is realized, utilizing fast MEMS tilting mirrors and exhibiting only 6 dB loss.
