Abstract
Outlines the GLC's plans for the Lincoln Estate, Tower Hamlet. This involves improvements to the surroundings of the tower blocks, and the filling in of ground floor voids to provide shopping, office spaces, living space for a concierge, and modernisation of the flats and corridors. It is hoped this will solve the problems of such areas.-E.Williams
